As our next chapter turns to the city of San Jose, we look back to the stories of our roots and the communal values that make us. This year, we are excited to announce our theme for the UNAVSA-21 Conference as, “𝗨𝗻𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻”. 📖

Our Vietnamese tagline “Những Dòng Chưa Kể” reflects on every step, every motion, you mark the beginnings of YOUR unique story. ✒️ It is this very moment, where each of us are a part of a growing community born from the stories of our families, ancestors and predecessors.

💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy 

• Full Refund (100%) by May 12th, 2026. 
• No Refunds after May 12th, 2026.

 🧾 Waitlist Process

• Once Tier 1 and 2 registrations sell out, a waitlist will be opened for those hoping to secure a spot at UNAVSA-21. If someone cancels their registration, their spot goes to the next person on the waitlist. 
• The process is first-come, first served.
• No transfers are allowed.

💡 Additional Notes

• The portal will automatically log you out after 60 minutes, so timely completion is crucial. Once you successfully complete your registration, you will receive a confirmation email verifying your registration.
• Do not exit out or reload the portal while you are completing your registration.
• Please note that hotel and flight costs are not included in your registration fee.
