Yes, we have included bid packets from U-20 and U-18 that can be used to formulate the structure of your bid packet!
Who is able to vote for the next location?
CORR, the current Conference Executive Director, and UNAVSA Executive Board Members will submit their vote. Each regional partner organization will have one vote submitted by their CORR member. The current Conference Executive Director will be allotted a singular vote for themselves. Each UNAVSA Executive Board Member will have one vote. The outcome will be decided by a simple majority. If there are multiple CORRs representing a region, only one will submit the vote on behalf of the region. If there are no CORRs representing the region, the president of the region will submit the vote. If there is no president for the region, the next-in-line of leadership, as defined by the Regional Partner organization’s constitution, will submit the vote.
When do we hear the announcement of the next location?
After the votes have been tallied and confirmed, the results will be announced at U-21’s closing ceremony.
Who is eligible to submit a bid?
All Regional Partners organizations of UNAVSA, specific details can be found in the conference bid packet.
When is the intent to bid due and what is the process?
Intent to bid via email will be announced via social media within the coming months. The process following that will be attending an informational session, submitting drafts, getting feedback for revisions, and presenting to the voting body. In totality, it will be a < 3 month process.
