Getting Professional Help for Mental Health

,

For Mental Health Awareness Month, the Civic Engagement Committee released a set of graphics on accessing an external network or seeking professional support for mental health. We understand that addressing mental exhaustion requires time and vulnerability, especially if you’re juggling school, VSA, work, and other commitments. If you are concerned about affordability, consider looking into sliding scale therapy and other forms of external treatment. Please note that we are not healthcare professionals. Please consult your healthcare physician if you would like further details of the options and if they are suitable for you.
