Family Stories Project

UNAVSA and REFUGENE are partnering to inspire Vietnamese youth to record their families’ personal stories—stories told by the Vietnamese diaspora. Each year we pose the question of “how do we bridge our generational gap?” This collaborative project will help answer this question and serve as a catalyst and resource for starting meaningful conversations among families and loved ones. The final result was a collaborative book that included the stories of nearly 50 community members: SHARED: Stories Told By Overseas Vietnamese.

The original launch was published on Facebook.
